There are two modes of admission of eligible candidates to any of the courses of study as per the
details given below:

(i) Direct Admission:

Admission to the first year of the following courses is made directly by the college, and applications for the same will be received by the college office on all working days from and upto the dates announced by the University for admissions in the academic session 2009-10 (ANNEXURE-1).

a) B.A. Programme
b) B.A. (Honours in Economics / Hindi / Sanskrit / Sociology /History/Political
Science / Philosophy
c) B. Com (Honours)
d) B. Sc. Physical Sciences
e) B. Sc. Applied Physical Sciences (Electronics)
f) B. Sc. (Honours) in Physics / Chemistry / Botany / Zoology / Mathematics /
Statistics

(ii) Admission through Faculties of Arts/Science/Commerce :                 

Admission to the 1st year of the following courses is made through the respective
faculties in the University of Delhi :
a) B.A. (Honours) English through Department of English,
Faculty of Arts
b) B.A. (Honours) Music through Faculty of Arts
c) M.A. through Faculty of Arts
d) M.Sc. through Faculty of Science
e) M. Com through Faculty of Commerce

Thus, the candidates desirous of seeking admission to any of the above mentioned courses need to first get themselves registered with the respective faculty. The college will then receive applications only from those candidates who have been registered by the concerned Faculty.

Application for admission to Under-Graduate Courses :

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to the course of their choice need to apply on the prescribed Pre-Admission form, which would be available at the college counter on the date and time notified by the University for the same. (Refer to Annexure-l). A student who wishes to be considered for more than one course should submit a separate application for each. The said form(s), duly filled-in, should be submitted to the college on or before the last date announced by the university. The common admission forms of Delhi University shall be accepted from all students except those who wish to be considered in the Sports and Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) categories. From such students, the college will accept only the prescribed forms issued by the collegefor the same. Similarly, the candidates desirous of availing of Hostel Accomodation need to apply on the prescribed form issued by the college.
